Ms. Jill, Ms. Renee & Ms. Nikki

Again, our staff is anchored by three childcare veterans. Ms. Jill Miller is our Director with over ten years of childcare experience and education inclusive of a masters degree in Psychology. Ms Renee’ Iverson is our School Age Program Coordinator and also has ten years of childhood experience. Nikki Sanders has worked in child care for eight years as well as studying early childhood courses. All three are certifiable as directors with the state. 

To assure the best possible care, nurturing, and learning environment for your child, we do our very best to hire experienced individuals at Kids’R’Kids. Our hiring philosophy includes the premise that each staff member should truly enjoy children, especially the age with which they will be working. We hire individuals to team with others to provide a great learning environment for children. All staff members are screened by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services who is our governing agency.

Ongoing training includes CPR and First Aid certifications (a requirement of all our staff), health, safety, child abuse, fire safety, classes in child behavioral issues, classroom issues, curriculum, classroom activities, nutrition, etc. Some of our full-time as well as most of our part-time staff members currently attend college for education related degrees. Many of our teachers have four year degrees.
